Welcome to the internet home of the Ventura County Digital Radio Club.
The Club was founded by a handful of local digital radio enthusiasts in 2013 with the original name “The Ventura County D-Star Network”, which evolved into “The Ventura County DMR Network” in 2014, and finally, merged into the more encompassing “Ventura County Digital Radio Club”.

Straight from our Constitution, our purpose
for which this organization was formed is as follows:

  • To promote good will and cooperation among its members.
  • To provide for an exchange of information in cooperation between members.
  • To secure for its members the pleasures and benefits of the association of persons commonly interested in Amateur Radio.
  • To promote radio knowledge, fraternalism and individual operating efficiency and to so conduct its activities as to advance the general interest and welfare of Amateur Radio in the community
  • To advance the theory of radio and aid in the education of its members in the practice of Amateur Radio.
  • To support scientific research and tests in the field of radio communications; encourage participation of persons interested in Amateur Radio.
